Our Priority in TTMC Co. is to prepare a suitable condition to perform and control researches in order to find the best solutions for the company’s issues in different aspects. This unit controls the required actions for improvement and development of technology in the company and tries to expand its products and services through its specialized workforce, finding latest scientific achievements, collaboration with other research centers and universities in Iran and foreign countries and optimal utilization of its machines. Currently, we are working on production of metallic powders with medical application used in 3D metal printers.

Our researchers succeeded to produce these powders in a laboratory scale and we hope to start its production in a semi-industrial scale in an immediate future, by progression of researches.

In Jan 2024, the R&D group of TTMC Co. published an article with the title “Design, Development, and Characterization of a Novel Amorphous Ti-10Nb-10Zr-5Si-5Sn-5Cu Biomaterial Alloy” in the Journal of Materials Engineering and Performance.
